Our Director
Craig Morgan, is the Managing Director of Basestone Group and has more than 25 years’ industry experience in developing and investing in property across a broad range of property development projects covering residential, master-planned communities, commercial and retail sectors and has a reputation for building productive and effective working relationships with his clients.
Craig has a detailed understanding of what is required to take a development project from acquisition through to completion. He has extensive experience in property and has also held senior leadership roles within property development companies and ASX listed companies, including the resource sector.
Importantly, Craig is available to provide clients with a unique in-house consulting service, effectively joining your team when additional short term resources are required to ensure the continued progress of a project.
As a stand-in development manager, project manager or advisor, Craig will quickly establish working relationships with your team, your contractors and your stakeholders to deliver your project milestones.
